Field Application Specialist

Job position

There is currently a career opportunity for a Field Application Specialist and Sales Support for the digital construction, BIM solutions department at JGC Geoinformatics Systems S.A.

Duties

Main duties:

  • Training & supporting users in the correct use of instruments and software
  • Monitor industry and competition developments
  • Support for customer service issues
  • Compilation of financial offers and competitions
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Routing appropriate actions for further sales development

Additional responsibilities:

  • Interdepartmental collaboration to create communication channels for direct customer service
  • Study of the competition and recognition of the opportunities and challenges that arise
  • Participation in conferences in order to find more effective methods of approaching customers
  • Participation in training seminars for in-depth understanding of the solutions offered by the company

Requirements Of The Role

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Higher education / polytechnic degree (ATM, PM).
  • Ability to travel on business and hold a driver’s license
  • Ability to work in a team, plan tasks, adhere to schedules and be flexible in thinking
  • Desire to achieve goals and results
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Advanced skills in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other technical software
  • Completed military service (for male applicants)

Previous experience in road construction, railway construction or large technical and infrastructure projects will be positively assessed.
