The Artec Space Spider™ 3D scanner is the most advanced high precision optical 3D scanner on the market. Its operation is not far from that of a 3D video camera. The scanner captures up to 7.5 frames per second with an accuracy of 30 microns and is ready to scan in just 3 minutes from activation. Frames are automatically aligned in real time, making scanning easy and fast. Due to the high resolution, the color models produced from the Space Spider data can be used in archaeology, medicine, industrial research, etc.
