JGC S.A. has as the object of its business activity the representation of high-tech systems. The company’s goal is to promote new technologies in the activities of modern engineers by analyzing the needs of their applications and proposing the optimal techno-economic solution, combining high quality of offered products and support services.
JGC S.A. is committed to managing its services and operations to meet the needs and expectations of its stakeholders, delivering services that comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
JGC S.A. is dedicated to:
- Meeting the needs of its stakeholders and complying with legal, regulatory, and other requirements.
- Delivering high-quality services by optimally utilizing its human resources, expertise, facilities, materials, and equipment.
- Identifying threats and opportunities to enhance stakeholder satisfaction and achieve continuous improvement.
- Implementing, reviewing, and continually improving the effectiveness of its Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
These objectives are achieved through:
- Setting quality objectives and monitoring them during management reviews.
- Allocating the necessary resources to ensure the effective operation of JGC S.A.
- Selecting suitable personnel, defining their responsibilities, and providing training.
- Monitoring process performance and the level of products/services provided.
- Implementing corrective actions and actions to address threats and exploit opportunities, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, verifying their execution, and evaluating their effectiveness.
The management of JGC S.A. appoints a Quality Manager and assigns the necessary authority and responsibility to:
- Ensure the implementation of the QMS.
- Be able to address quality-related issues at all times.
- Propose solutions to improve the QMS.
- Ensure the promotion of awareness throughout JGC S.A. regarding the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
JGC S.A. is committed to establishing measurable quality objectives that are monitored during the implementation of the QMS and reviewed along with the quality policy in terms of their suitability, effectiveness, responsiveness to stakeholder and legal requirements, adaptability for continuous improvement, and support for the strategic direction of the company.
This policy is binding on all JGC S.A. employees at all levels of the organizational structure. The same applies to all customers, external partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
