    Job position

    JGC Geoinformatics Systems is looking for: Application Engineer and Customer Support for the Digital Construction, BIM Solutions, and Geoinformatics (Trimble products) department.

    Duties

    • Training & supporting users in the correct use of instruments and software
    • Monitor industry and competition developments
    • Support for customer service issues
    • Understanding customer needs and requirements
    • Initiating appropriate actions for technical support

    Additional responsibilities

    • Interdepartmental collaboration to create communication channels for direct customer service
    • Study of the competition and recognition of the opportunities and challenges that arise
    • Participation in conferences / training seminars / exhibitions

    Required qualifications

    • Higher education degree from a polytechnic school (ATM, PM)
    • Ability to travel on business and hold a driver's license
    • Ability to work in a team, plan tasks, adhere to schedules and be flexible in thinking
    • Excellent communication skills
    • High level of professionalism
    • Excellent knowledge of the English language
    • Advanced skills in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other business management software
    • Completed military service (for male applicants)
    • Previous experience with Trimble equipment (hardware, software) will be appreciated.
    • Previous experience in road construction, railway construction, or large technical projects and infrastructure will be appreciated.
