Back Office Support
Job position
JGC Geoinformation Systems S.A., a leading company in the field of geoinformation systems and the official representative of Trimble and DJI Enterprise in Greece, is seeking a candidate for the position of Back Office Support.
Main Responsibilities
- Preparation of customer offers.
- Entering and managing customer orders and supporting the sales department in following up with customers
- Entering and tracking orders placed with suppliers in collaboration with the sales and logistics departments
- Monitoring and coordination of the delivery process (warehouse – technical support – sales)
- Communication with foreign suppliers
- CRM data management and updating
- Support for public tender and public procurement procedures
- Monitoring the timely execution of public contracts (supplier order, invoicing, delivery)
Required Qualifications
- University degree (Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Logistics, or related field)
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Organization, consistency, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and understand priorities
Desirable Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Experience in ERP/CRM systems
- Knowledge of public tender procedures
- Familiarity with technical or technological products
