Try JGC’s Full GNSS network with 30 days free access and enjoy additional benefits for professionals and new engineers.

JGC-Net consists of Full GNSS receivers supporting all GPS+GALILEO+SBAS+GLONASS+BeiDou satellite systems, with superior capabilities for RTK and post-processing applications. Its main features are its superior RTK technology (BLADE technology), its homogeneous accuracy, its reliability and the high level of support provided for its use.

JGC is the first Greek company to establish and operate a Permanent Reference Station in Greece since 2006, providing RTK and Post-Processing data to stakeholders. We are proud to present you today, the proprietary network of JGC-Net stations. The reference stations used in JGC-Net are Trimble® Geospatial latest generation reference stations, providing corrections on all satellite systems, giving even more flexibility and easier resolution in difficult locations.

The features of Trimble receivers and antennas provide the network with uniform accuracy and reliability. Each station in the network is fixed to the HEPOS Reference System (HTRS07: Hellenic Terrestrial Reference System 2007). Positioning in the EGSA87 system is done using the HEPOS_GGRS87/TM87 transformation model in the user’s field software.

The connection to the network is made through the NTRIP protocol and mountpoints are provided in RTCM 3.1 format for GPS+GLONASS corrections and RTCM 3.2 (MSM) for FULL GNSS corrections. The service is addressed to all users of geodetic GNSS receivers, regardless of the manufacturer (requires the support of the GPRS – NTRIP protocol by the receiver).

Frequently asked questions about the JGC-Net network

JGC-Net is addressed to all users of Geodetic Positioning Satellite Systems (GPS) regardless of the manufacturer, provided that they support GPRS – NTRIP protocols.

In order to serve older receivers the network has 2 types of real-time STREAM: Stream RTK (GPS+GLONASS) and Stream RTK Full GNSS (GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BeiDou and SBAS).

The inability to connect to the network is probably due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your subscription to JGC-Net needs to be renewed due to the fact that it has expired.
  • The receiver or the controller (depending on where the SIM is located) does not have an internet connection.
  • Your receiver does not “see” satellites.
