    1. If you are located near our offices
      In this case, you can visit our offices and, after the condition of the product has been checked by the responsible employee, they will guide you on how to proceed.
    2. If you receive your order by courier
      In this case:
      • Pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipping.
      • Place a document inside the package you have prepared, stating how you would like us to resolve the outstanding financial issue, provided that the product is deemed eligible for return.
      • Send the package via the courier service from which you received your order, addressed to the Returns Department. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

    Return Policy

    1. The date of receipt of your order and the date of submission of the return request must not exceed 14 calendar days.
    2. The packaging must not have been tampered with and must be in its original (factory) condition.
